Bra TaxiTaxis in Stockholm and Karlstad: fixed-price booking and online payment.

The project

Bra Taxi is a taxi company serving Stockholm and Karlstad around the clock. It also offers Rosa Taxi (female driver), airport transfers, parcel delivery and invoicing for businesses.

The brief

Riders want to know what a trip costs before they get in. The site had to let them enter a route, pick a vehicle and pay without phoning in.

Our work

What we designed and built, step by step.

1. A booking form

Book immediately or up to 14 days ahead, and pick the vehicle: standard, XL, luxury, Rosa Taxi or delivery.

2. Sign-in by SMS code

Customers sign in with a code sent by SMS, using the same account as in the app.

3. Payment and trip tracking

Payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, then tracking of the current trip from the site.

On mobile

The same journey, designed for the phone first.
