The project

Hotellery publishes job offers and candidate profiles exclusively for hotels and restaurants in Morocco.

The brief

General job sites bury hospitality roles. The brief was a tool where candidates go straight to their department (kitchen, housekeeping, front desk) and employers recruit without wading through irrelevant profiles.

Our work

What we designed and built, step by step.

1. Search by department

   Kitchen, housekeeping, front desk, dining room: candidates start from their trade instead of sorting generic listings.

2. Two spaces, candidate and recruiter

   Candidates upload their CV; establishments post offers and get an employer page in their name.

3. Job pages by city and by role

   Each useful combination (for example “chef jobs Marrakech”) has its own page, so it can be found on Google.
